They are super cute. I'm usually in between small and medium. I ordered a medium and it's perfect. So I hope it does not shrink in the wash. I would say order the bigger size if you are between sizes. I got my son the 2t size which he's also in between 18 month and 2t right now, also a perfect fit. They are a little thinner material than i expected, but not to bad at all.
