SoulBee HONEY POWDER - Dehydrated honey as Natural Sweetener for drinks and meals - Low Calories and Easy & Fast dissolution in liquids - No Added Sugars

Awesome

It’s sweet, it not too sweet. I combined it with some spices to make a sweet and spicy barbecue rub. It can burn if put on meat and cooked at a high heat. Dissolves well when used as a sweetener.

It's okay .. I will not buy it again. The flavor is not here. I bought it as a less messy version of honey to take while making tea while camping. It's just not there.

I should have paid more attention to the ingredient label. Having corn maltodextrin as the first ingredient, makes me wonder how much honey is actually in it at all. I’ve used other honey crystals that contain honey and cane sugar, and there was no problem, dissolving it in any liquid. This honey powder takes a long time to dissolve, and it clumps. To make matters worse, it is significantly less sweet, so you need a lot of it. it is also non-returnable.

I love this product because it's easy to add to anything. I used it in a smoothie, a glaze over chicken, and tea. For me it''s not really about the health benefits or replacing sugar - because it's still a sweetener at the end of the day - but I prefer to use honey in my everyday already, so I really love that this powdered version is so versatile and easy to use! Tastes great too! No more sticky surfaces either!

Ok

The product does not easily dissolve in cold liquids.

I use it when making cold process soap and lotions. It works well for those purposes.

Full of garbage sugar and less honey. Disappointed.
