MEKOH Large Patio Cleaner Attachment for Karcher K2/K3/K4

Just received this Patio cleaner and have used it on a small area of my patio. The item is connected to my pressure washer via quick fit connectors and works really very well with a Karcher K4. When using the patio cleaner there is virtually no spray which is contained by the surrounding brush system on the peripheral edges of the cleaner and yes, it is much faster that using the spray lance also far less fatiguing as well. As it is faster it could also be more efficient with water use although this was not measured during use . One negative is that where there are edges of the patio that butt up to a patio these have to be cleaned using the pressure washer lance, which is a small price to pay for the overall improvement in the total cleaning cycle. Regarding the finished produce i.e. How clean was the patio post cleaning. Having already completed half my patio using the pressure washer lance there was a good comparison to be made, which I consider that there was NO discernible difference in the finish between the lance and the patio cleaner method. Both to the naked eye appeared to deliver the same level of mould / dirt removal, At the same time lichen black spot was not addressed by either method and would need Sodium Hypochlorite to remove that stubborn discolouration of the sandstone patio. The Patio Cleaner was purchased at a discounted price of £35 while it appears quite well made it remains light in use and is very much like hoovering a carpet also though occasionally it did tend to leave the ground and hover for a few seconds. All in all a good produce for the money. What for me was an onerous springtime job has now become a relative pleasure

My Karcher K4 patio cleaner had broken and i was toying with replacing costly plastic parts (£18) so decided to go for this Mekoh head and 10m hose bundle. Some reviews left me a bit sceptical however all was fine. No sanding or filing to fit i was just a simple click and play. The 10m hose is a must for car washing. The head is slightly larger than my T150 the jets give out a great pressure. The adaptor slots in with ease and no leaks from the Head or the connector so gets a full 5 stars from me. I have recently cleaned the patio but had to give it a try and as you can see in the video it does a good job. Cant wait for next year to do a full clean again and see how well it does on a green patio due to neighbouring trees.

Glad i saved money over the Karcher one. Worked fine with my karcher 4, have used once so far so cant comment on durability. Wish it had a longer connecting rod as I spent a long time bent over.

Quick and easy to use patio cleaner. Compatible with a Karcher K5 compact using the included bayonet adaptor, this is a great value, high quality accessory. Bought 2 small Karcher compatible extension poles to make use more comfortable. Cleaned a slabbed patio, block paved driveway and concrete paths so far and it’s made light work of all of them; cleaning to within an inch of borders or walls.

This works as well as the Karcher and covers a slightly larger area than the official karcher T5. It doesn't seem to have the capacity to extend so is a little short but still better as it's wider. The head seems slightly more sturdy than the previous T5 I had, where the brush edge snapped and kept catching in the rotating spray arms. This hasn't shown that vulnerability so far. Overall, pleased with the product and the price!

Used with a new Karcher K7 WCM. Seems to suffer from allowing too much water flow so the pressure washer is left pulsing because it’s not designed to pump that volume of water. It does a job of sorts I guess but the compatibility is questionable for this reason.. I’ve seen other reviews saying they have had the same experience for K5 washers. The overall effect is pressure never fully builds so cleaning is limited and your pressure washer is left pulsing to protect its motor so can’t recommend.

I'd say at least twice the speed of the lance alone. Only downside is that the arm is short so you're either constantly hunched over or squatting. This discomfort is offset by the time-saving though.

Started leaking out the top swivel connection after around only 10 minutes of use.

I really wish I bought this sooner. It works well, very well, and for the price it is an absolute steal. The only thing is that it can be kinda hard to move it forward, so I actually walk backwards with this to clean. Just make sure to hold it down hard when using it. The instructions are pretty clear but tbh you don't really need to use it. Just attach it to your pressure washer hose and start using it. I was able to use this with a 1800 psi unit and had no issues at all. It's powerful and works very well. Besides that, this easily saved me a few hours. 100% recommend it.

Very good, budget friendly. Would recommend removing nozzles and flushing system with water before first use. Had some small pieces of plastic in the piping, easy to do.

If I could back I would order one size larger that then 14" but the product works well. I did my entire drive and it looks tons better!

Seems to work well. Easy to attach. Quick detachment for storage. Has great pressure and power with a good pressure washer. Super quick to get it going. Not sure how long it will last with it being made of plastic but so far so good.

Considering the price this is a five star. Used it several times with good results. Lightweight and easy to use
