I’ve tried many pillows since I began using a CPAP. This is by far the best one!! I am very particular about my pillows as a side sleeper. I’ve tried many, many “normal” pillows before I had to use a CPAP. This is the best CPAP pillow I’ve used and I have tried several!! It’s very comfortable (much more soft than other CPAP pillows) but’s its not too soft. As a great bonus, it has helped my lower back issues. I used to wake up with a lot of lower back pain and range of motion. This CPAP pillow is soft yet supportive - not mushy at all - and it quickly returns to its original shape after use. It works very well for both side and back sleeping. It doesn't interfere with my full face CPAP mask when laying on my side.. I initially triedthe firm insert as a side sleeper as I thought that would be best but switch to the soft insert and was surprised by the difference it made. I even requested the additional insert and received it pretty quickly and with no problems and enjoy the additional thickness. The pillowcase feels smooth and pleasant to the touch, and the overall build quality feels solid. I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to CPAP users looking for a comfortable, well-designed pillow. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was skeptical ordering this pillow because I had been using my soft pillows both in the back and side positions, often with unhappy results but they apparently were not staying in shape. I have been very happy with the Elviro's pillow. I am able to sleep on my back without neck pain but have been advised to sleep on my side and with the proper shape of the Elviro's pillow I I'm sleeping better, waking up with fewer problems and my initial AHI of 55 is on its way down, from 31 to 25 and is currently after 3 weeks between 9 and 13. The cover is zipped and easy to remove, wash on gentle, dry on low. Repacking the pillow will take some practice but they have added two extra foam lifts for comfort which you might or might not need. I'm very happy with this pillow.

Update 5/8/26: I can't do it anymore. This pillow just isn't working for me either on my side or back. On my side my cpap mask stays just fine, but my neck is beyond annoyed. I am not going to drop any additional stars but I can't use this pillow another night. I tried. I am a fairly new cpap user (just a little over a month) and never claimed to be a pillow expert. For me the pillow is perfect for side sleeping with a full mask on as it doesn't move the mask like my normal pillow would. That movement caused leaks. I try to sleep on my back and this pillow is failing me there and I can't quite figure it out. I have tried removing the insert, adding an extra one that came with the pillow and nothing has helped with the feeling. While on my back, I just feel like there is nothing supporting my head. It is likely no fault of the pillow but it does indicate it is for back sleepers, so dropping a couple stars for it for me. Your use case may vary.

Comfortable and works OK but the neck support is very steep and the indent high up on the pillow.

My husband adores the his pillow. Perfect for a side sleeper and one that uses a full face cpap. He has far less neck and shoulder pain now. Highly recommend. So simple with amazing results.?

I’m super happy with the product. When I first received it, I was debating about returning it because I didn’t think it’ll work, but it does its job as intended. I’m 27F and for a long time have been dealing with upper back pain. I didn’t know how much a pillow can affect my back, but after sleeping on this pillow for just 2 nights I noticed how much my quality life (and sleep) has improved. I no longer feel back pain, and if I knew all it took was finding the right pillow I wish I’ve looked into it years ago. So satisfied with this product, and how much it improved my life :)

I really wanted this to work, but I found it much too low and firm. The indentations are really nice for CPAP equipment, but I just never found a comfortable position for sleeping. The quality was good and it was definitely worth the price for anyone who can make it work.

This pillow works! As a CPAP wearer I’m not the best sleeper. Last night was my first night on the new pillow and I slept like a log! I do hope it continues, if it doesn’t I’ll do a new review, but so far so good!

Das Kissen hat für mich eine gute Wirkung, ich hatte bei meinem alten CPAP Kissen mit Verspannungen zu kämpfen, seit ich dieses Kissen habe hat es sich wesentlich verbessert. Zur Zeit probiere ich noch an der richtigen Höhe bzw. an der richtigen Härte herum. Aber ich denke, wenn ich diese richtige Einstellung gefunden habe lann es nur noch besser sein als es jetzt schon ist.

Très bon produit. Il est effectivement spécial pour les personnes ayant un appareil pour contrôler l'apnée du sommeil. Depuis son utilisation, mon mari dort beaucoup mieux et sans plus aucun reveil nocturne. Je le recommande.
