In what country were these manufactured?

Not sure, but I think China. Certainly one of the Far East countries. And, by the way, I've laundered them many times and only one developed a hole.

Can I use this with a light sanitary napkin?

Sure, they are not all that different from regular cotton panties, just a little thinner fabric. They can even withstand being washed several times.

Will be in very hot climate for one week. Do these ‘breathe’, or retain heat?

Cotton is a kind of natural fabric, It is soft, breath, sweat-absorbent, skin-frendly and healthy. If you need to keep cool in hot climate all day, try to find some pcs made of professional cooling fabric.

Could I exchange the unopened Granny disposable briefs for the next size up a small.?

Surely, CAN! please contact amaozn customer service for exchange

CONFORME

Culottes achetées en vue d'une hospitalisation, confortables et sécurisantes par leur composition en coton. Elles sont très fines mais assez solides pour une utilisation provisoire vu qu'elles sont jetables.
