The length in the strap is just right for crossbody. True it is on the small side but is was as described. I used it for a concert that turned into an all day event. There was an inner zippered pocket enough room for drivers license and credit card. I never leave home without them. The body of the bag had plenty of room for my phone, sunglasses and readers. I even had room for a CD for band members to sign. It is not an everyday bag. But for events and quick trips it has room for the essential. I have missed the bohemian clothes and accessories of my younger days. Loved it. If ordering please take note of the dimensions. The bag is small. It well constructed.
