Saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars
So less than about a year ago, I paid $1500 for a RV place to repair a snapped cable. Just recently the same cable snapped at the exact same spot and I was flabbergasted. I couldn’t justify spending that much money again so I decided to go on Amazon and find a replacement. I bought this product and I was very nervous/reluctant to do the repair myself, but after watching a few videos, it seemed very doable. The material was quality and the repair was easy to do and I’m glad I did it myself because I was able to identify why my cable would keep on snapping. This was due to the uneven levels of entry and mounting. What was happening was the cable was being forced down on top of the mental bracket guide and it was rubbing and cutting the cable overtime. I do plan on buying some more of these because I found other problems on my RV with other cables and this will be a money saver for sure!

Do not buy this one.
The round end fixed to the cable came loose within 30 uses. Choose another brand for your repair.
