So over a month waiting. However, I was willing to accept that since finding A2 sized blotting paper is pretty hard, at least where I live. I opened the package and was irritated to find what looked like card stock - but gave it a test with some of my wettest fountain pens just to see. I was surprised to find it readily absorbed the ink just as well as the softer style blotting paper I am used to, and seem to work great.
