What size shoes will they fit in and can they be trimmed to fit?

I wear a size 8 8 1/2 in women’s and I would think they could go smaller and bigger. They can be trimmed. They are thicker cushion. I bought two sets. I love them. They have a sticky part and stick inside the shoe and stay there. That’s the other thing I like about them.

Does these help with sandals that are too wide ?
