I really enjoy the flavor of this seasoning powder. In the photo you can see I put it on popcorn. I should mention that a little goes a long way, so don't go too crazy until you know how strong you like it. It has a good nacho cheese flavor with a little "kick" also. It also goes well on french fries from the air fryer - put it on when they are hot, very tasty! The container is not large and as you can see in the photo, it settles and there is quite a bit of empty space in the jar. But again, you don't need a lot and a jar will go a long way. It is a good value for a versatile addition to your pantry that can go on many different dishes or snacks.

Product is really tasty to use as an addition to breakfast dishes but unfortunately it is not the theatre popcorn flavour.

Does this Humble Craft Nacho Cheese Popcorn Seasoning Powder with Mild Spices taste good? Well yes, if you like salty flavors. So if you're using on popcorn, you'll need plain popcorn. Other than that, it is nice and cheesy with a mild nacho-style spice. (I'd prefer a bit more spiciness and heat, myself.) It seems fresh and has no off-flavors. It's a free-flowing (not lumpy), fine powder that's easy to dust on foods. It comes in a plastic 3.52 oz (100g) jar with a foil seal and a small measuring scoop inside. While that's all well and good, the product comes from India, so I guess they didn't pay attention to FDA food labeling rules. at first glance it looked fine--ingredient list, Nutrition Facts, place of manufacture and a batch number, packed on date and best by date (06/05/27). But then I looked at the ingredient legend. I seriously doubt the ingredients are in order of preponderance in descending (per 21CFR101): "Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Palm Oil, Milk Solids, Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Natural Cheese Flavor, Sugar, Spices, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, Oregano, Silicon Dioxide, Cheese Powder." They're claiming real cheese and it's the last thing on the label? There's more MSG than cheese? The major ingredient is a wheat flour filler? Not only could this be deemed mislabeled, it makes me leery of the product itself. I haven't grown a 3rd eye or keeled over, but still... Ingredient-wise if you're a chemophobe, you might not welcome MSG, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate--3 common flavor enhancers--but I'm fine with those ingredients. The seasoning is priced at $11.11 ($3.16 / ounce) which is about half again as much as similar products.

Good taste but a bit costly for the amount of powder.
