When I lift up my arms you can't tell my chest is there! It's tight enough so I can breathe, also I'm 110 pounds if that helps any. It is breathable in that it's not 120% crushing my chest but I definitely have to take slightly shallower breaths - but that's expected; it's meant to be restrictive. Overall I think it's pretty comfortable.As for what I don't like is just something I'll have to get used to because I have a feeling it's pretty universal among most binders: there are 10 clips on the side. Took me a minute to figure out - clip them around your tummy then pull your arms through.
