Street Hockey Sticks - Ambush Junior Street Hockey Stick - Wood and Fiberglass Shaft - ABS Blade - One Piece Stick - 46", 52", 58"

We bought several Franklin Sports Power X Junior Street Hockey Sticks for our Belize Hockey League, and they have been a huge success! These sticks are lightweight, durable, and great for young players learning the game. What We Love:✔ Durable & Well-Made: The stick holds up even with rough street hockey play, making it great for regular practice and games.✔ Perfect for Junior Players: The lightweight build and good grip help kids handle the stick easily while improving their skills.✔ Great Blade Curve & Control: The pre-curved blade makes passing, shooting, and stickhandling smoother for young players.✔ Works on Multiple Surfaces: Whether playing on concrete, asphalt, or indoor courts, the stick performs well.✔ Affordable & Great for Team Use: The price makes it easy to equip a whole team without breaking the budget.Minor Considerations:➖ Not for Heavy Puck Use: This is designed for street hockey balls, so using heavy ice hockey pucks might cause quicker wear.➖ Limited Stick Length Options: It would be great if there were longer versions for taller junior players.Final Verdict:For any youth street hockey program—especially in a growing league like ours in Belize—this is a fantastic stick! It’s durable, easy to use, and perfect for helping kids develop their skills. Highly recommend for any youth team or beginner players! 🏒🔥

Great beginner sticks. Used for kids learn to skate/ entry level learn to play hockey classes. A bit in the heavy side but good as a learning stick.

Edit: I removed a star as the second stick I received is much different than the stick I bought last year. These aren’t the same sticks with different patterns, they are entirely different sticks. My kid liked the ambush, it is lighter and hollow, the power X is a lot heavier and more of your traditional introductory hockey stickWe used this stick for ice hockey with our 5-6 year old. We’re a hockey family and wanted to write this review in case it helped any new ice hockey families. This is a perfect first curved stick for ice hockey and we just bought a new one since we outgrew the last one.Things to like about this stick:- price: good bang for the buck- durability: out son used this stick for around 75 practices and games, some chips, but he outgrew the stick before it broke- The curve: this is huge. Many of the sticks these days have crazy curves. This stick has a typical, less aggressive curve. This helps new shooters as they learn to lift the puck

This has been perfect for our 7 yr old son- he plays street hockey with his older siblings as well as ice hockey, and this stick handles awesome, fits well, the weight is perfect for his age, and the size is perfect. Would absolutely recommend!! And it’s quality built, sturdy, and we won’t be needing to replace it anytime soon (which is a first, as we’ve already gone through quite a few hockey sticks) awesome find!!!

Wanted to get back into street hockey. It's a great stick and after all these years I can still shoot real good. Very good quality.

Very good value for what it is, the quality is great and it lasts a while. I would buy this again. By the way it has a mid-bend and lifts well

She felt pretty stiff and thick at first but aftera couple of days of breaking her in she's slapping upper shelves like Gretzky in the show. Would buy again.

This is a terrible stick it broke in half with in 3 min of my kid playing with it. The advertisement description is very misleading. There is NO FIBERGLASS any where on this stick...the shaft is wood attached to a cheap wood stick handle! It has a shrink wrapped piece of plastic on the cheep wood handle. I could have bought a $10 hockey stick at Walmart. I bought this stick thinking it was worth it to pay a little more for a fiberglass handled stick. However since this stick doesn't match its description of having a Fiberglass handle as advertised its NOT worth the the price. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! THIS STICK ISN'T SUITABLE FOR KIDS IT JUST APPEARERS TO LOOK LIKE A GREAT QUALITY.

Tiene buena relación calidad y precio, sierve bien para street o roller hockey, hay que tener en cuenta el tamaño y comprar uno mas largo si no se está seguro pues es posible recortarlo.

Our grandson loves this and that’s all I need to know.

I thought it was right handed but it was left handed so I gave it to my sister

Y por bono para una cascarita callejera y le recomiendo recubrirlo con cinta de aislar para que le dure másLa media está perfecto amiga 1. 75 y me quedó muy cómodo

My grandson loves it!
