I've been taking these for about two months now, i've noticed a positive change in my mood. I am less reactive and irritable. The best part for me personally, the headaches have significantly decreased and when I feel the small headache coming on the Advil actually works now instead of me having to use heat packs and laying down for hours. I've also noticed less breast tenderness. They taste good too and easy to grab and go. I have not noticed any difference in my sleep, but that hasn't been an issue in general and I don't get night sweats yet so I don't really have much to report on that. :)

I have had the best success with this supplement. Starting it was hard, it caused me to have an extra period basically. But my hair is finally growing back, my recent period was amazing. I highly recommend this, just be prepared for possible menstrual effects (within 2 weeks of starting) . I have been on the product for 3 months. To add- I am 47, my perimenopause has recently been causing havoc in many ways.
