Great for sealing sliding interior barn doors
I have a decorative set of sliding barn doors that block off my office from the next room. In the winter, I only heat the office when I'm home alone and there is obviously a gap between the doors in the wall which allows heat to escape from the office. I applied this product to the doors to create a psuedo-seal on the top and edges and does a great job of keeping the office toasty even if the rest of the house is quite cool. They've been installed for 3 years now with no issues.

worthless adhesive
The adhesive cover that gets pulled off to expose the sticky side was already peeled off in several areas. So, the adhesive was dirtied and completely worthless in those areas. Further disappointing, even the areas that did have the adhesive cover still in place were peeled back to discover they were about as sticky as a Post-it note--worthless. Total waste of money.
