I got this for my dog. So it needs elastic and a pull clip around the dogs head. I can add that. It has clips. Perfect for a little girl. Great quality, color as expected and yes, I'd recommend it. It's beautiful. It's a delicate hat and so it needs care but seems very durable. Just not a toy to be played with, its fancy. The size is as expected, the fit is absolutely perfect. My dog is an American Staffordshire Terrier if you're looking for a dog hat you'll love this one. I used to swap out hats for my dogs and cats. It fits between her ears and so although I don't have a cat now, I'd recommend it for your cat too. Look at the measurements to see if you agree. If I had a little girl I definitely be getting her one too.

I bought this on a whim for ren faire to go with a fairy outfit next month. It's such a an adorable hat, very well made. Color is true and it's actual to picture. It says for children but it fits me just fine looks amazing! Just a perfectly cute little hat. Would definitely buy again and intend to buy more hats in different colors. I bought the green of course!! Had clips..strong well made clips to cli to hair or a place for a hairband

These were absolutely perfect for the tea party we recently attended. My 7 year old daughter does not like things that irritate her head/feel heavy, and neither do I but these adorable little hat clips were not heavy at all. They were light weight and fit perfect on both of us, stayed on the whole party with no issue! I got the black color and she had the lighter pink colored one. She liked it so much we’re planning to use them again and for the price they were well worth it. They look and feel more expensive than they are. And they are super cute. 100% recommend! Would definitely buy again.

Used this for my LARP costume two weekends… and it still looks amazing … the cardboard inside it is not thin so it can take some wear. Exactly as described! Recommend keeping it in the box they provided to keep it safe when not in use to keep its form and look.
