We bought two of these displays for our church. We purchased both a 65" and a 32". The quality of the picture and build were both excellent. Our first purchase really was plug and play to achieve our desires. What I am most grateful for is their customer service. We had difficulties on our end with our 2nd purchase. The support team worked tirelessly in meeting our needs. They were easy to talk with and offered extensive help until the problem was resolved. We would not hesitate to purchase another one should our needs demand such based on their care as much as the quality of the final product.

Ordered this to be a used for trade shows where I basically have this item as the focal point with some matching items on a table etc. It is an EXCELLENT way to get a message across - and you have endless possibilities on what you can use it for: highlight your services, advertise specials, have a call to action for a giveaway, etc. The screen is HUGE - 43" - so it's much like having a self contained TV that you 100% control what is on...and it has wheels so you can use it in a variety of places. It comes in a very large and heavy box, so putting it together is kind of a team lift too - one person COULD do it, but it will be much much easier to do with two (which is what we did). On the front, you have the signage/screen, the stand and enclosure, which is made is very nicely designed aluminum alloy, and a heavy base that holds it all together which spans both sides. On the back, it is the solid alloy with handrails for easy transport, the speaker (which is actually pretty good!), venting, and the controls - you have several ways you can interface with this, including USB so it's super easy to load your content on it. It also has a lock which keeps it secure. In the box is also an offer to get a FREE sticker to personalize your digital kiosk. I haven't received that yet because I just ordered it, but I will update this review once I do to report on the quality etc of that. This kiosk comes with everything you need to get started, including the cords, remote, keys, assembly tools, wheels (which are optional, but I HIGHLY recommend them because this thing is kind of heavy.) They also throw in a USB flash drive you can use to put your message on the kiosk. I use this for a service based business for a specific type of event BUT...this kiosk would work well for pretty much any kind of business to do things like show menus, advertise events or special offers, welcome guests/customers/patients, selling advertising within a business (such as in a multi-business environment like a mall or food hall, etc), sponsorships for events, and so, SO much more. You can even use this for short instructional videos, safety warnings, training drills, etc. There SO many possibilities for using this kiosk that I couldn't possibly think of them all. Overall, this is truly a game changer for me as it makes the way I do a trade show very different - it replaces other devices which are static and can't be updated without reprinting or significant effort. That alone makes it worth the investment. (For example, if you are a small food based business and you change your menu a lot...this thing will save you a TON in having to reprint menus with additions or changes etc) I highly recommend this item. It can really help you push your marketing to the next level with a one time investment that you can change easily. Well worth the price and then some!!
