Impossible to get customer service to help with issues. Stove cooks at temperatures different than dialed. One side is 50 degrees off the other is 25. It's probably a simple fix if they send a repair man or even walk me through but no one from their tech department will help. We've sent videos, photos with temp variations and stove placement but nothing. It has now been 26 days since we asked for customer service and still nothing, no help, no advice, product still does not work properly. We take very good care of our appliances. Company said they'd refund it as they can't fix it, they haven't even sent anyone Never have I heard of not being able to repair an appliance especially a thermostat. Still no ovens that work. Had asked Amazon for help, of course they said it was being escalated This stove would be a 5 star stove if they would fix their issues. We love the design, construction. The burners are great, but the ovens don't heat correctly.

We purchased this stove back in May 2025 and have had nothing but issued with it. We have contacted their “so called” customer service and have gotten no where. They keep saying how sorry they are for the issue and wanted us to pay someone to come out to fix it, saying they would reimburse us. We purchased extended warranty, but can’t use it till the manufacturers warranty is up. The customer service is non existent and when they do respond, they don’t provide positive results. We are now waiting for parts to show up. They say they were sent out on 12/26/2025 but I just checked and the shipping label hasn’t even been printed. I suggest if you are looking to buy a cooking stove, not to get this one or to even deal with this company or anyone who sells it. We feel totally ripped off and will never buy another product from this company ever again.

The first thing I need to say is that the look of this oven range is very appealing to me. Due to the age of my previous gas range and oven I had to need to replace them. I accidentally came across this oven range and realized that it is a gas cooktop and oven combination and has a very nice clean gas flame just like it's picture. The double oven also helps me to be able to cook a lot of ingredients at once, saving me a lot of time in the kitchen. It has heavy duty grates that can be removed and the surfaces and inside of the oven just need to be wiped down. I have to say I have found a great helper. Highly recommend it!
