Purchased this as an upgrade to my earlier ASUS board and the motherboard works as it should with no hiccups. Great support for upgrading my NVMEs, adding another GPU soon to this so I cant further bolster my workstation. Having a robust, reliable motherboard is the centerpiece of it all and I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

Der Einbau lief problemlos, das BIOS ist übersichtlich und bietet viele Einstellungen – besonders für RAM- und CPU-Tuning. 🧠 Leistung & Features: Unterstützt DDR5 bis 7200 MHz (OC), läuft bei mir stabil mit 64 GB @6000 MHz PCIe 5.0 x16 für moderne GPUs 4× M.2 (Gen 4) Slots – perfekt für schnelle SSDs 2.5G LAN und Wi‑Fi 6E – schnell, stabil, ideal fürs Zocken 💡 Besonders gut: Auch für 14. Gen CPUs geeignet – bei mir lief’s sofort mit aktuellem BIOS. Kein Stress mit Flashback nötig, aber wer ganz sicher gehen will, sollte vorher updaten. Solida, completa e pronta per la 14ª gen
La MSI Z790 Gaming Plus WiFi si è rivelata una scheda madre eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Appena montata, ha riconosciuto senza problemi il mio i5-14600K, segno che il BIOS era già aggiornato e pienamente compatibile con la 14ª generazione. Ho comunque deciso di fare l’upgrade del BIOS, e devo dire che la procedura è stata semplicissima grazie alla porta dedicata al BIOS Flash: inserisci la chiavetta, premi il tasto, e in pochi minuti è tutto fatto. Dal punto di vista delle prestazioni e della stabilità, nulla da dire: gira tutto in modo impeccabile, dalle memorie DDR5 ai profili XMP, fino alle connessioni PCIe e M.2. Le temperature del chipset restano basse anche sotto carichi intensi, e la gestione del Wi-Fi integrato è rapida e stabile. Persino meglio di una scheda più blasonata che avevo prima. Ottimo anche il layout generale: tante porte e connessioni sulla scheda, connettori ben disposti, VRM di buona qualità e design pulito che facilita il cable management. Il comparto audio è un po' sacrificato, ma a meno di non doverla usare a livello professionale proprio per editing audio, missaggi, mastering e simili (per cui nel 99% dei casi chiunque usa schede audio esterne dedicate), va benissimo per gaming e simili. Unico piccolo appunto: la reperibilità dei manuali. Sarebbe stato comodo trovarne uno stampato nella confezione; il QR code interno non rimanda direttamente al manuale né alla pagina prodotto, quindi bisogna cercarlo manualmente sul sito MSI. Nulla di grave, ma un dettaglio che migliorerebbe l’esperienza complessiva. Nel complesso è una scheda madre che offre prestazioni, compatibilità e facilità d’uso di livello alto, perfetta per chi vuole una build solida e pronta al futuro senza complicazioni.
