If your question is comparing this product to coffee or some energy drink with sugar & caffeine then the answer is NO. What I can say is I’m 57 ½ years old, I take 1/2 a TEA spoon in about 20oz of water for 5 to 7 days straight. I don’t get a caffeine type burst but do notice I feel much better. BUT when I stop taking this type of product in two days that’s when I notice that I start to drag. I hope this helps. Make sure you drink plenty of water and don’t take much. Start off in very small amounts. I can give you difficulties in the bathroom.
