I've had my hair remover for months. This is the best item I found so far to suit my needs. It requires no maintenance. No more using blade razors that caused me horrible red bumps and ingrown hairs! Of course there is a learning curve, and I still sometimes tip the head too far while trying to get really close, and I cause a rub. But the occasional "whoops" of a rub is a million times better than bumps and ingrown hairs! But I've never cut myself and the rubs are easily cured with extra coconut / aloe lotion. I use it every couple of days on my bikini line. I found a good tip is to get a larger sized school plastic pencil box and keep the unit and all your parts inside, along with rechargeable batteries. This way everything stays together and clean- ready to use, and you don't have to keep buying expensive disposable batteries. Just change out the rechargeable every time you use it. (easy screw off handle holds one AA battery.) Get the Duracell rechargeable batteries sold on Amazon with the plug in charger which seem to work best, and fit best inside this unit. And to empty this, I just unscrew the interchangeable top and tap out the cut hairs into the sink, no need to really "clean" it with soap that often. You can't go wrong with this little magic wand for hair removal!

I typically laser my facial and neck hair for removal, however, as I have gotten older (58) some of my facial hairs are gray and laser does not work on gray hairs. Thus, this little device provides me with a very close shave of those pesky gray hairs. I gave it four stars because though it gets the job done the durability of the device is somewhat lacking the device often comes apart at the base and I have to reattach it. I totally think I will have to replace the device within the year, but for the time being it is working and working very well. No messy razors.

This product (not just this particular item) but the product in self have an issue with working properly. When you turn it on it doesn’t all the time come on. You have to keep tapping it for it to connect with the battery power. This is my 2nd time buying it because the first one did the same so I wait a few years later and bought it again only to end up with the same problem. Defective product.

I love this machine because the size and shape but it’s like disposable, it has a little issue with the battery, because it’s like the 3th time I bought it and always have the same problem after some time It became bad. 🙁 doesn’t work, the cover of the battery get loosen, don’t tie and don’t work right again.

This works amazing on my facial hair , this is the second one I bought. It lasted me a year before I had a part fail inside of it. Fair price, does a great job and will buy it again.

I love this shaver for getting rid of chin hair and facial peach fuzz all over. It is very gentle and does not cut and saves time over plucking. I use it daily to stay smooth. but it is a bit tricky to take apart to clean. You need to be very gentle opening the top to remove hair ore else it is hard to replace. I had one that fell on floor and came apart so I couldn't put back so I got a new one. Really good way to remove stray hair on face if you are new to hair removal there. I love the attachments but do not use them because the original head does it all and it's too hard to change so often.

Es un set muy completo y funcional. Lo quería para vello facial y lo retira muy fácilmente y NO crece más grueso, que era algo que me preocupaba. Siento mi cara más limpia. Se usa de manera muy sencilla! Para perfilar y depilar la ceja no me resultó muy cómodo, pero en términos generales quedé contenta con la compra.

Product quality is too bad and looks cheap. The attachments are not useful. Won't recommend to anyone.
