Great for absorbing surface shock and reducing stress on the legs
These are my second pair of oofoos. They are very effective for tired legs or for reducing the stress on the knees and ankles, particularly on hard surfaces.

Helped my back!
I've been having a lot of sciatic pain in my back and leg and my feet are a little more tender and sensitive than they used to be so going barefoot, even in the house isn't an option. These are marketed as reducing stress on feet, joints and back so I wanted to give them a try as my house shoes. They actually help a lot!

Feels like a pillow.
I run 3.5 miles a day after work. At 48 years old my feet hurt… Especially after running. I wear these around the house and it helps with the healing. Perfect indoor slide. I wouldn’t wear them outside if you are active unless you have strong ankles.
