Great if you hate taking pills.
Game changer! All the supplements in this packet were suggested by my physican. Its expensive buying them all and I am not the best at taking all those pills. These are quick and taste well enough for me to take each day. I've used them for 3 months. From my last test results I think they are working.

Couldn’t get over the taste. Was not good in my opinion and left an after taste. Tried mixing with water and was slightly more tolerable but couldn’t do it.

Very Convenient Daily Supplement
I really like the convenience of these individual gel packs. They’re much easier for me than taking several different pills every day, especially when traveling or when I’m busy. The taste is good and the packets are simple to take. I also like that several ingredients I was already looking for are combined into one daily serving. So far, I’m very satisfied with the quality and convenience and plan to keep using it.

Tastes Alot Better Than Some Reviews State.
Product tastes alot better than what people are describing, my box was delivered completely destroyed and some of the packs busted open (4) to be exact. I got blood work done 3 days before starting these so I will give it 90days and see if they do anything. I also monitor my blood pressure 3 times a day, so i will know pretty quickly (few weeks) if its working at all.
