If you need after sales support from Blanco, don't hold your breath
Long story short, waste did not fit drillings in the sink, In conclusion, the wrong waste had been included when the sink was packaged at the factory/warehouse. Amazon was ready to replace the complete order as they did not have access to the correct waste fitting. By this time the sink was partially installed. Enter BLANCO, emails explained the problem in detail including images to illustrate the problem. The outcome, BLANCO was not interested, referred me back to Amazon who would have replaced the order... etc etc. I ended up dispensing with the BLANCO waste cover as it did not fit and installed a generic version.
