**Q: Do these need to be stored in the refrigerator?**
A: I don't think so.  I first bought these at a discount from another vendor since they were near their expiration date.  They were still very good.  They are individually wrapped.  I take them out of the bags and put them in an airtight plastic container on my counter next to the coffee machine.
