Massages well. Has a safety shut off feature and will only go for 15 min at a time. Has heat. Not good for back but good for the neck. Does the trick

You feel the heat penetrating deep in the muscles! Buy it-you won't be disappointed. Right out of the box easy to use, put i t on pushed the buttons and that's it. Great for the money!

Battery don’t last 1 min we had to return it

Apart from performance the appearance of a product also matters. I have ordered for black colour but received white. Seller should confined to the exact item as shown in ad. This is disappointing.

The device didn’t work at all. Worked for one time and then checked again after a week and it stopped working completely. It doesn’t even charge. It’s not even been a month. Please take this back and send a functional one. Or return my money.
