This has become a staple in my wife's supplement routine for managing her PCOS. I just got done with my first bottle. I don’t know if it’s because I was taking this or not, but I’m on day 13 of my cycle! Not heavy or painful just keep having it. It’s light at this point but waiting for this to end. Again , I don’t know for a fact this is causing it as I have PMOS but it never happened before. Wondering should I either continue to buy and lower the dosage or find another brand. Anyway, besides that I don’t see any side effects.

This is a great product. Within 30 days I've noticed a huge change in my cycle as getting on Inositol was recommended by my endocrinologist after my blood work came back. My cramping is almost non-existent now. And not to be gross but there's less clotting during that time of the month now. I only take four capsules daily because that was the recommended dosing of Inositol the endocrinologist recommended to me. I'm definitely going to continue buying this. Great product!!

I'm gonna assume this has a lot of fillers. I know Amazon has issues with that. The last brand I was using got my cycle to 29 days. I started on this and now I'm on day 36 without a period. Switching to a powder and more well known brand. It's nice to take 6 pills instead of 8 and they're decent sized. Easy to use. Just doesn't seem as effective. No effect on my mood that I can see. Decent price. Just not really working for me.

I have not been using this long enough to report on long term effects. I have also never written a review on a product before but I just HAD to on this one. TMI warning: talking about women's body functions. Before purchasing I read several reviews about women experiencing getting their menstrual cycle on the second day taking these after not having one for a long period of time. I was skeptical, but that was not my primary reason for taking them anyways. Well, I received my bottle late in the day so I took one dose in the evening with dinner and didn't think anything of it. I woke up the next morning with pressure and bloating and started my cycle that day! I havent had a cycle in months (at least 10 months, maybe more, I stopped keeping track) due to PCOS. I am excited to continue these and see how they help with managing hormones so I can process insulin correctly and lose weight.
