Great to try. You get 60 days’ worth which is enough to find out if this works for you or not. If you already take supplements, this can continue this supplement for other health needs. Although not NMN, NMHN still has many benefits and may even be better for some. I think this is a great supplement for my needs.

For some reason I thought they would be blue. It is a white powder in side.

My wife and I decided to try methylene blue so we bought a bottle of a different brand. We used it for about a month, and noticed a significant difference in our energy.Unfortunately, that brand was no longer available when I went to buy another bottle. So I bought a bottle of this brand. It is clear that, although it claims to have the same concentration, it is nowhere near as concentrated as the first brand. Appears to be a small fraction of the concentration of the first bottle. Very very disappointing not recommended.

I really can't tell difference except in my wallet.

This product has no discernible methylene blue in it. It didn't affect pee color at all, and emptying a capsule into water didn't change water color blue. I compared with another brand MB capsules and that one at least turned the water light blue. I'll stick with drops.
