We bought the 10 foot ramp to use for our steps into the house and to get my aunt into our minivan. It is pretty heavy but no problem with 2 fairly strong people. My daughter and I were able to set it up and folks it up. I like the legs. Once we got our system down on how to open and get it placed, it worked well. If you are using to get someone into a minivan, you will want to consider their height. My aunt is about 4'9" so she could get through the door and sit without any threat of bumping her head on the top of the van if we went over a bump. She's heavy though and the ramp never felt like it would fall through. We took the back of the van seats out and used 4 tie down straps to make sure she was fully secured into place. To set up and folks up, a very strong person could do it but it's easier with 2 people.

Very sturdy and secure to load electric wheelchair in SUV. Good traction on loading electric wheelchair A little heavy for seniors to handle. A little difficult to set up on rear of vehicle and has safety chains Fits great in vehicle

Used to get my electric wheelchair bound dad in my house. My dad + his wheelchair weigh about 550lb and I was very nervous watching him come up the ramp even with the support arms down. It’s convenient in how it fold ups up but not as sturdy as I was hoping.

I was hoping this would be a good solution for my mom who needs help with getting up her front steps some days. I only needed to incline about 15 inches, but chose a 10 foot ramp to lower the angle. I liked the compact size when folded, the weight and the grippy surface. The issues were it flexed so much, it felt unsafe. The support legs that get screwed to the middle were too long so i couldn't use them. I tried using a cinder block under each side. It didn't help. Each side flexed too much, the hinged joints in the middle flexed and the ends at the top of the step would lift up. The holes for the pins lie too close to the rise of the step to drill a hole in concrete so there was no way to secure it. I also doubt it could support the claimed weights. I didn't trust myself walking up it. There is no way I would allow my mother to use it. It will get returned.

Easy assembly. Did add extra support to prevent bouncing.
