MSG! So good, and great quality from a trusted brand.
Forget the BS about MSG and migraines because it was complete fabrication. MSG is a staple in Asian cooking, and brings to much umami flavor to any cuisine. This is perfect to use when you want to boost umami impact and I use it in pretty much anything and everything. This is the brand that my mother used, and not only do I trust the brand for flavor, the quality is always consistently high.
