Have used to make 12 loaves of bread so far. Love how it works and how easy it makes the process. Being able to mix it all together without having to worry about the flour mess and then allowing it to proof in the same bowl makes bread making very easy. I have only used it to make 2 loaves worth of dough at a time but there is definitely room to double that. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a mess free way to make homemade bread that doesn't take a lot of time and effort.

The machine is easy to use and appears to be well made. It makes really good bread (though I suspect that the receipe really has more to do with that then the machine. What does a husband know about that?). I like the bread and the baker (my wife) likes the ease of making bread with it. For my part there was a small problem and we contacted the seller by email and had an answer and solution within 9 hours. I call that an excellent response. I have no problem with purchasing company again.

Oh my goodness, this mixer is amazing! The dough mixes seamlessly, no clumps or inconsistencies. I dont need to get my hands dirty or messy, from start to finish this machine does it all (minus the actual baking 😆)! Quick to assemble, nice big bowl, and great for ease of use. Recommend!!

I bake often; once or twice, every Week. But, being nearly 70 years old, kneading Bread Dough is not something I can do, very well or very long, due to Arthritis. I have been using my KitchenAid Stand Mixer, with the Dough Hook, for a few years, now, and it does a very good job, for single Loaves or small batches. But, during the Holidays, or other times, when I want to make larger quantities or multiple Loaves, it’s not really up to the Job. I was recently watching one of my favorite YouTube Pizza Making Channels, and learned about larger capacity Dough Kneading Machines, for Home Use. So, I began looking into them. Most of those Machines are pretty expensive, costing quite a bit more than a KitchenAid Stand Mixer, so, I was rather surprised, and skeptical, when I came across this Machine, on Sale, for $99.00. But, being a Retiree, on a fixed Income, I’m always looking for a bargain; so, I gave it a try. Wow This Machine really makes excellent Bread Dough! I had a new Recipe to try, for Sicilian Sweet Brioche, which incorporates a lot of soft Butter, into the Dough during Kneading; a perfect Recipe to test for an automated Dough Kneading Machine. This Machine, by YuChanluck, came through with Flying Colors! It is noticeably different, than a traditional Stand Mixer, in the way it kneads Dough. It uses a knead and pause Cycle, continuously, for whatever amount of time, you program it to work. This does mean you’ll need to set it for a longer time, for kneading, than with a Stand Mixer, but, the Dough comes out smooth and elastic, at the end of the knead Cycle. It also has a easy, programmable Rise Cycle, that automatically begins, at the end of the Knead Cycle. This Machine is also noticeably quieter than a KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I really recommend this YuChanluck Dough Making Machine! It does all the work of kneading Dough, for longer periods of time, for you; giving you that beautiful, smooth Dough, you see on all the Recipe Videos, on YouTube.

About a year later: This is a company that stands behind their product! I had a concern and they addressed it with care and completely took care of my problem! I would buy again from them any day. Rest assured that they will make sure you are happy. I still love this machine and use it at least once a week. Worth your money! I love this machine and use it at least once a week. Unfortunately, it has not at ALL withstood the test of time! Less than a year after purchase, the gear is rusted and the center stick which the blade attaches to is loose so that water leaks through. I am SO disappointed. I would have thought the machine should last more than a year. This is a great dough machine. I use it at least once a week with at least a kilo (2.2 lbs) of flour. The dough comes out great every time and I love how reliable it is. I bought this to replace a bread machine that we were only using for dough. I wanted something that could handle more flour. This machine fits the bill. I do find that the machine sometimes makes a high pitched screeching noise as if it is having a hard time with the dough even though 2 lbs of flour is wel within the limit. I hope the gears are not getting killed. I also find that the hook is often covered in flour that did not get mixed in. I'm not sure why that happens but it is a minor inconvenience. I took off one star for the above two complaints.

First I was confused with the stopping and spinning. Then after adding liquid about 3 times, I left it alone for 20 minutes and it came out good.

The mixer has a large 7L capacity, which is great for making big batches of dough. The design looks solid, and it’s fairly easy to use. However, the performance is not as strong as expected. When mixing heavier dough, the motor seems to struggle, and the mixing is not always even. It may be fine for light tasks, but for serious bread or frequent use, it might not be the best choice. Overall, it’s decent for the price, but there is definitely room for improvement.

My mixer was delivered quickly and it it was well packed. I took it out of the package, washed it and used it right away. The reason I bought this is because I usually used my kitchen aid to make dough but it seemed to struggle a little bit and get a little hot. And I don't want to burn up my kitchen aid. It's very easy to use, instructions are clear and easy to follow. You just put in the dry ingredients then the wet and turn it on. You can also ferment in it. I have made sourdough bread and in my opinion it's my best loaf yet. And I also made sourdough onion bagels and they were perfect. The bowl/hopper is large so you can make big batches. This mixer is also very easy to clean. I am extremely happy with my purchase and have already recommended it to 3 of my friends that love to bake. I'm also considering purchasing one for my daughter for Christmas. In closing, I recommend it highly. Happy baking!!! I think that I will use it today to make chocolate chip cookies. Note: I tried to include pictures but I keep getting an error message.

I have had this item for a couple of weeks now. So very pleased with it, I can make double batches of buns & bread, I'm a big baker with bad arthritis so kneading is out of the question, it's easy to use , not loud at all.The ferment heat is perfect. My only hope is it will hold up to the use it will be getting.

This machine is awesome!! Its incredibly light weight, but doesn't move on the counter due to suction cups that hold it securely. It mixed a large batch of dough (12 cps) with ease, rose beautifuly and the clean up was a breeze. This will save my hands and very arthritic shoulders from more wear and tear, as I love to bake and gift others with wholesome healthy food. A wonderful product...Thankyou.
