Difficult to give a review, I have only been taking it for a couple of weeks trying to put weight on following operations and hospitalisation I think is is helping but I don’t expect the results to be rapid. You mix 6 scoops and add to a glass of water and mix which sometimes results 8n some unmixed powe Dear in the bottom but not really a problem. I’ll pas judgement on its effectiveness in a few months time. Each tin only lasts about a week or so, so you get through it quickly. I hasten to add that I have a full and balanced diet as well as these drinks. Taste is ok for me, but I like vanilla!

Great delivery and a cheaper altrrnative
I ordered this to help get some added nutrients after illness. Ensure is quite expensive and doesn't last, and I decided to give this a try as it's a saving on the normal powder. I found it no different in using and it breaks up fine, though it does very much taste of unsweetened almonds so if you don't like that taste I recommend you find an alternative. I don't mind almonds and regardless I'm taking it for my health and are therefore not too bothered what it tastes like.

Not a milk fan
It had a nice taste. I don't enjoy drinking milk products but they unique taste of this make it bearable. I Feel more energetic after starting to drink this.
