I have been using these for quite a while now and they hold up very well. They are solid quality and I am able to perform so many exercises with them. They also roll up well for travel. I highly recommend these as a great starting set to get you moving!

These are good, surprisingly feature-rich bands. I like the exchangeable ends and labeled weights. The door mount is convenient, and they grip well. My only complaint is that they make my hands smell like chemicals after using them.

They 13 year old plays baseball and is a pitcher. These work great for him . Arm care before and after he pitches. They roll up nice and fit in his bag. He also use them in our basement when he working and stretching out.

I have avoided committing to any sort of exercise routine my entire life. I'm not bragging about that... I have just never been one who enjoys it. Oh, I've tried. In response to turning 30, I spent hundreds on gym memberships (I can literally count how many times I used them on my fingers) and hundreds more on stationary bikes, treadmills, and an elliptical thingy (they made adequate clothes hangers). But I turn 55 next month, and to my horror, I now have skinny, flabby grandma arms (I don't have children, so it's especially painful). I decided to try these, and much to my surprise, I'm really having fun with them. As a total newbie, I love that I can start with baby steps and really grow with these. I've found a ton of YouTube video workouts that are for total beginners, and I like that I can totally customize my workout for my comfort level and the areas that most concern me. I was concerned I wouldn't trust using them with my bedroom door, but these feel really sturdy to me. The clips on the handles (which are great, because I have my fair share of arthritis) are heavy duty, as is the door strap. I'm impressed with the quality. And it's awesome that I can store what amounts to an entire gym in a little bag, under my bathroom sink. This is something I can stick with. I can spend 20 minutes and feel like I've done something really good for myself. And I won't get bored with these, because it looks like there are so many different things you can do with them. All in all, it's a great investment in my ever-aging body! Glad I got them!

Perfect bands. Great variety. Though I wish they came with a round Ring to hook on the door attachment. This would make attaching the bands alot easier and quicker. Went to the hardware store and bought one. See picture. Definitely recommend the bands.

These bands are well worth the price paid. High quality construction. Would buy these again.

I use the 40-pound band for back exercises. In just a very few minutes a day, they have helped strengthen and relieve the pain in my lower back. The carabiner clips can connect directly to a door hinge pin. Using the velcro band with its incorporated D ring, it will allow you to connect to a door knob or staircase newel. Grab the band where it provides the desired resistance, and off you go!
