Kiko Milano Colour Kajal | Kohl Pencil For The Inner Eye

I love the kiko Milano eyeliner. It's soft and very easy to apply. However, it's not smudge proof but that's not a bad thing. Because it was meant to be able to smudge as the pencil has a smudge sponge on the end for the perfect smoky eye. I personally love that about it. So if you don't want a non smudge proof liner this is not the liner for you. It's jet black and lasts a while day which is perfect. It's waterproof abilities are limited because it isn't 💯 smudge proof. Still a fantastic liner with a great price tag. I would buy again and again.
