I've been buying these for a long time. It really helps maintain a helathy bllod pressure for me. Bitter Melon, aka karela (India), ampalaya (Philippines), marak (Thailand), margose (Mauritius), and foo kwa (China) has been known to be good for our health for thousands of years. I take two a day, and it really helps.

Good for diabetics who are not on medication
Helps pull blood sugar down. Careful, do not take if diabetic on meds. Mix with sugar lowering meds can cause coma. A powerful supplement. Great natural alternative to drugs that lower blood sugar
