I usedit yo spray bugs in a wall. It doesn't work exactly like I thought. You have to shake up a foamy, sudsy mix of solution with a foamy. Keep shaking. It will spray it. I doesn't make much foam allby itself. Considering the price difference between this and an electric model, the product deserves 5 stars. ### โญ 1.0 out of 5 stars Item is not as pictured *by R***D on Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2014* I have purchased many Chapin sprayers for commercial use for my company over the last 10+ years, because I have found them to be very durable, and easily re-buildable if anything ever breaks or wear out. I bought this sprayer specifically because I recognized it in the picture as one of the "good ones" with the metal plunger and high volume pump cylinder. The one in the box however, is one of the cheaper ones with a plastic plunger and the smaller "pump it till your arm falls off" cylinder. There was a sticker over the photo on the box that said "new comfort handle" ...not cool, the old ones were comfortable enough and much better quality! I can say from experience that these are more breakable and prone to problems. Additionally, the cheaper components make this sprayer no different from their other models that are half the price. The design requires you to pump and shake the tank violently to generate a quart or two foam (BTW, that depends on the ratio of the mixture too). As the mixture draw down, it is more difficult to generate the form. It works fine as a sprayer though.
