In the world of tints this so far reigns supreme. I use it to cover scaring on my lips and I get compliments on the color and texture. At first, I worried it was going on watery but it really spreads-like-velvet if that were a thing. It is smooth. The other famous lip tints leave my lips very itchy. This is the only one so far that does not. It is supreme for sensitive clients and also because it also does a lot for the price. My only con- hours later although it still has resisted most smudging you can't reapply or build. Hours later you need to start over with freshly cleaned lips. And the nutty nude is a weird white purple color. Just try the other colors!

It feels hydrating, but it’s not a gloss at the same time. I wouldn’t describe it as a tint, but it’s perfect for me because I don’t like the dry feeling, and I don’t like regular lipstick either. It’s the perfect balance. Fortunately, I chose the perfect shade for me. I have light brown skin, and a lot of shades like “brown,” “chocolate,” or “orange” look pink on my skin. But in this case, the shade is perfect for me

color: the swatch shown is pretty accurate to the product received. "tint" and "longwear" are completely false, this has all the staying power of a lip smackers gloss. velvety? yeah, the texture on application definitely feels velvety. For anyone looking for a good "red" lip for pale cool olive skin tone with a strong "cyan" leaning under tone, this is a pretty good lip color. while your base lip will determine the final color, on me it comes out a muted coral red that doesn't make my skin look tangerine orange like "neutral" and "warm" tone lip colors will.

Brick red color. Goes on opaque and beautiful. But, it is more of an opaque lip gloss that leaves a slight stain instead of an actual lip tint. The top layer of creamy product comes off easily onto cups, leaving a lipstick print which is annoying to wash off. Then any moisture around your mouth will wipe the product right off of your lips, so it doesn’t last after eating or drinking. Idk about you but I’m always trying to drink something during the day so this is not a great product for me. Once the creamy layer is off your lips it leaves a weird orange ghost tint. I bought the brick red color and the creamy product is true to color but the stain after is a terrible Color for me and looks like I just ate tomato sauce or something. It’s just a sheer orangey tint. The residual tint doesn’t smudge but it doesn’t look intentional or cute at all. Pretty disappointing. If you want a thick colored gloss go for it. But this is NOT a longasting tint.

I cannot recommend these lippies enough. They aren’t like a stain that lasts all day— but they do stay in pretty well and they don’t have much texture— they are just smooth and I really appreciate that from a sensory perspective. I really like to wear lip color in a blurred fashion and these are great for that. Great price point and quality! Treat yourself!

This tint has become one of my favorite versatile makeup products. I love items that can do double duty, and this one works beautifully both on the lips and as a blush. I prefer a natural makeup look overall, so products that add soft color without looking heavy fit perfectly into my routine. On the lips, it leaves a really pretty velvety pink tint that looks fresh and natural rather than overly glossy or matte. The color works especially well with my fair skin tone and blends in a way that makes it look like a natural flush instead of obvious lipstick. Where this product really surprised me was as a blush. A tiny amount blends easily onto the cheeks and gives a soft, healthy-looking flush. It’s great for quick makeup days when I want a minimal routine but still want my face to look bright and awake. The finish is creamy and soft, and doesn't dry out my cheeks like other blushes. The texture is light and airy, but one thing to keep in mind is that it can feel a bit drying on the lips if used alone. I usually apply it over a lip balm, which keeps my lips comfortable and still lets the color show through nicely. As someone who tests a lot of beauty products and enjoys trying different K-beauty makeup, I appreciate how versatile this one is. It’s a lovely everyday tint that earns a solid 5 stars from me.

This truly has a velvety texture in a matte color that is sooo pretty. It does need reapplication every few hours for full color payoff, but I found it fades naturally with just enough color left that you don’t look washed out. If you’re okay with that, a midday reapplication will be enough to continue to appreciate this lip product. It also sits underneath a gloss quite well, but may need more reapplication if you layer it with a gloss. I found it wore off a little quicker with a shiny topper and didn’t fade quite as nicely. I also really appreciate the triangular, tilted applicator — it makes applying precise edges so much easier without needing a lip liner. I will definitely repurchase when I run out. Overall, I’m in love with both the wear time, fade, and initial color.

Ink velvet or ink airy velvet? - ink airy velvet is a newer formula, but the shades are overall more vibrant. They are very similar, but I prefer the airy formula as it's more blurring, extra lightweight, and easier to blend (especially as blush). Both are comfortable liquid lipsticks, pigmented, long lasting and non sticky. However they are not transfer proof and won't survive a meal. Ink velvet - 4/5, ink airy velvet 5/5 Shade 27 Strawberry nude is more of a pinky mauve on me (medium warm olive) and unfortunately I'm not a fan of the shade, just a bit too light. Even worse in cool lighting like LED, the shade looks pasty 😭. I do think it can be a pretty nude for lighter skintones, but it may swing more mauve if you're also warm olive. Scent: Unsure what it's supposed to smell like, vaguely fruity and floral with a hint of chemical. It doesn't bother me and it's not too strong. I can't smell it when I'm wearing it, no taste either. Formula: -Comfortable, non tacky, velvet liquid lip. -Exfoliating your lips is ideal but these tints are more forgiving on the dry patches. -I would avoid these if you have deep lip lines. I'm 24 and need 2 layers to blur my lip lines, 1 layer feels like they're emphasized and more than 2 feels thick and looks the same. -These do stain the lips, but it's very even. #27 leaves a warm pink stain. The stain comes off pretty easily with cleansing oil/micellar water -Don't use gloss with these, it becomes patchy and settles in the lines. -Not a fan of using this as blush, it's patchy but works in a pinch. Blended with a brush works best Overall I think it's a unique formula. It's also very affordable for a lot of product (4g). If you like matte liquid lipsticks and don't mind the lip stain, you'll enjoy these.
