Bought for traveling, works well, cleans up well. It has s nice depth to the pan and good heft. Great purchase for the money.

Wonderful piece! It cooks really nice, the heat distribution is spot on, better than other hard coated pans I own. Cooking on SS can be tricky most people forget it needs to be heated up to the proper temperature, but this pan makes cooking easy! The pan cleans right up, and the handles are comfortable to handle. It’s so versatile, the pan goes from stove to oven with ease! I’ve been looking for a SS I can afford that will cook nicely and clean up nicely, and this is the one! I’ll be expanding my assortment with this brand for sure!

Although I am extremely careful with temperatures and distribution of heat, this pan immediately turned black around the inside edges and cannot be cleaned!

This pan heats very evenly. It’s heavy-duty, induction-ready, and feels like it will last a lifetime. Excellent for searing and frying.

This is the 2nd time I've tried using stainless cookware on both induction and gas burners. In both cases I used brands with good ratings, viewed numerous videos on how to use them etc but food still sticks when I use the frypan. I know it's me and not the cookware.

Love this pan. It's important not to put the heat high. I used it once and it was fine.

Cette poêle est vraiment parfaite, la cuisson est égale et ne nécessite pas un feu intense ce qui d'ailleurs n'est pas recommandé . Je rachèterais.
