They are not gummy, they can be sucked or chewed & have a fruit flavour.

Do they have calcium?

It's not on the list on the back of the product so I would be inclined to say No.

Hi, Yes Centrum Kids as well as all Centrum Fruity chewables are FREE OF gluten, wheat, lactose and nuts. It is confirmed and stated by the official Centrum website. I am wheat - and lactose intolerant with casein (milk protein) allergy and taking Centrum chewable for adults causes me NO issues and symptoms at all. Hope this helped.
