Lion Brand Yarn Feels Like Butta Yarn, Velvety-Soft Yarn for Crocheting and Knitting, 1 Pack, Dusty Pink

I really like Lion Brand Feels Like Butta Yarn, and not just for the softness. It has beautiful drape, and the colors are terrific! I used this yarn as a substitute for chenille yarn in my crocheted hats, and it looks so much better and is still super soft. I would like to see bigger skeins, so I don't have to buy so many to complete a project, but the price is really great for a yarn like this, and I will be buying more for other projects later.

I like the way this yarn is woven together so that your hook can't accidentally split it. It feels soft and it is easy to crochet with. It never once got stuck like some yarns do. I did notice a few knots like others have said which is annoying but I cut them out and joined. One thing I am unsure of is if the weight of this yarn is correct as stated. I used the correct hook and yarn weight and followed my pattern to a T but the gauge ended up too big still.

Item is much smaller than exspected!!!Any Rookies out there like me please be advised, everything about the yarn is tiny.As far as the product feeling like butter, not so much. It is soft yet strong. Overall its a great product if you are looking for something at a smaller scale.Color it beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I believe I will come back to this brand for its versatility.

..as part of my quest to make a perfect little nap blanket for my preschool grandson, I've gone through four to five different types of yarn, all polyester, only to abandon the project. THIS IS THE ONE... it truly does 'feel like butta', smooth and soft without that icky polyester feel. definitely worth the extra money. no splintering, no fuzzies, and a gorgeous dusty blue color. highly recommend.

I thought I was getting a nice bright yellow however it's so light in color its almost white.Not at all what I had wanted in color.
