Got this bag for my 8lb Yorkipoo. He loves it and jumps right in when I pull it out. Easy to use and no assembly is required. The material is stable and it's worth the money. There's a safety clasp inside to attach to your dog's harness, to avoid them escaping and abandoning you. LOL. It's a very good looking bag and it's soft inside. Roomy and spacious for my little guy. Doesn't have an odor or scent to it.

I bought 4 recently trying to get the right one. This one was BINGO! I got the smallest one for my 6 pound Havanese. Your dog knows when something is right she go in and didn’t want to get out. I was so happy to finally find the perfect one fir tootsie and I. It’s not heavy, the two color are so classy and beautiful. Very comfortable! It’s easy to clean, it zipper zipped beautifully all around on both sides. Ventilation is great and she can see out. The opening for her head is just right. I am only 5’1” and I can ether hold it in my hand or on my shoulder. The strap length is perfect to hold under your arm. See video so you can see how happy Tootsie is. Mochi the Ragdoll checked it out but it would be too small for such a big cat. It comes well padded which is removable for washing. They enclosed 2 of them and they are very comfortable.

I bought this purse without fully checking dimensions first. The picture can be a little misleading. First of all- the model I purchased is the A-Beige model. It’s a creamy beige tone with gold accents and an overall rounded look. The dog in the picture is either a larger small dog (6-7 pounds) or has ALOT of room in the purse. I have a 10 week old Pomeranian and she’s only 2.4 pounds. I can easily fit three of her in this purse or walk around with two of her in it very comfortably aside from the fact that it’s WAY too big and bulky for me to use as a purse. There are ALOT of features I like about this purse and of course some I don’t at all...First of all it’s very classy and elegant. Not only does it look nice but it feels nice and the quality is pretty decent. Second of all, it has windows! Two on the side which are always open and one on the front which has an optional cover flap over it that rolls up. I love the way my pup would be able to pop her head out of it and I like having the option to close it if she’s tired, gets too rowdy or it starts raining, etc. I love the harness safety feature inside the purse. It has a sturdy strap you can clip on your pups harness so he or she won’t jump out which is super helpful! I also like how there’s a zipper on the back I can hold things in although it’s wide but not very roomy...I’m not sure if her bag of puppy wipes or her water bottle will be able to fit but a ziplock of treats, a thin toy and maybe a chew stick definitely will. What I don’t like about this purse is obviously how big it is. When I carry it on my arm it sits on my hip and slants it. It’s very wide and noticeable vs, a normal purse people might not even know there’s a dog in. This makes it less ideal to walk around running errands with although it’s still very suitable as an actual carrier for road trips, vet visits...idk where else I’d personally use it. I’m not sure if it’s “TSA approved” or not but if it is- that’d be a huge plus. Another thing I don’t like about it is that there isn’t very much room specifically made for carrying important things like puppy wipes etc aside from the small zipper. Obviously the zippers and accents are gold which isn’t necessarily something I’m a fan of but don’t mind it. Summary Pros & Cons Pros: -Classy, elegant feel -Decent Quality -Side windows & optional front window with flap. -Safety Harness -Top flap for pup to stick head out -Side Zipper -Comes with cushions Cons: -Giant and bulky -Very small side zipper -More of a carrier feel and look than a purse. -If you carry it on your arm it will slant from leaning on your hip most likely which makes it lopsided for your pup inside. All in all I’m not ecstatic about this carrier but it’s nice to have around the house. I’ll still be searching for something I can carry around more casually but if you don’t take your dog out much or your small dog is a 5-7 pounds and you want to carry them around I highly recommend this carrier. UPDATE: I’ve been using this for a while now and although it is big it’s been fairly easy to carry my pup around and she seems to like it. She’s 7 pounds and it does get a little heavy after a while especially if she’s standing but I find that I really appreciate the clip for her harness so she doesn’t fall or try to jump out. I mostly leave it unzipped at the top and she’s gotten really used to it but I do wish there was more or at least wider pockets so I can carry the usual things I carry for her. Usually I carry a dog water bottle, puppy wipes, hand sanitizer, pick up baggies for messes and training treats. I’ve found that hanging the bottle and dog baggies on the side works and the wipes go under one of the pads at the bottom of the bag. (the bag comes with two floor pads so I just put the wipes between them.)

Great bag. I have a chihuahua and theres’a plenty of space for her and her blanket and toys. Bought it for a flight and had no trouble putting it under my seat on a national flight. Doesn’t have a long shoulder strap just the two short handles to carry over your shoulder or by hand.

My little girl is on the heavier side she is around 16 pounds and she is 23 inches long fully grown. She basically is not a purse dog, due to her larger size, but she’s a spoiled brat and cannot stay home by herself so I bring her with me everywhere so she needs a purse to hide her in and places where she’s not allowed to go so I looked all over the Internet, and could not find a long enough or wide enough dog purse for her that can close up found dog purses that were like tote bags but not ones that close up all the way to hide her. She fits in it perfectly. She fits in the medium wonderful and still has room to turn around and stand up to give her more space. I take out the two pads that it comes with just to give her more space to stand up in the purse and she canned when I do that she can also turn around in and everything and she’s definitely not a small dog. She’s definitely like a medium size dog, speaking of the toy, dog, end of breeds. There is perfect airflow as well. She has a long hair dog, so she really needs it and because of how wide the purses it really does make a difference for her but for me, it makes it hard to carry her because she weighs so much and I kind of felt bulky with it but I’m happy with the fact that I can take her anywhere because technically she’s not a typical dog size for a purse I can definitely take her everywhere so long as I can deal with the heaviness of holding her in it, it’s very sturdy and well-made for its price. I really recommend any Shitzu owner to get this for the Shih Tzu but if your dog weighs more than 17 pounds. I do not suggest it because I believe that this would not be able to hold any more than 16 to 17 pounds. Hope this helps anyone out because I spend literally six months looking all over for the perfect dog purse for her even was considering having one custom-made for her but this one does the job

Where to start this review. Their is a terrible chemical smell on the 2 removable pads that came with this carrier! I’m taking a trip in a few days so I will put them outside and see if it goes away I will update when I get back. It’s not a deal breaker I can come up with a pad that will fit. I bought 2 of these carriers. 1 in black and 1 in blue in a different style. I purchased the black one and then realized it did not have a shoulder strap so I do like that I could order another style they give you quite a few options. They r made in China but kind of expected that. Be prepared to put it together. It’s easy to do but wasn’t expecting it. I do like that it doesn’t look like a dog carrier rather it looks like a piece of carry on luggage. Update: it hasn’t even been 24 hours I haven’t even gone anywhere yet with it and I’m not happy anymore....I liked that my Pomeranian Chihuahua mix is going to have plenty of room to move around but I can’t get the flap that is on the front to stay snapped which is very important so that my dog gets plenty of air. I Hope their aren’t any problems with the blue one that’s coming in 2 days. It’s a different style. There isn’t any kind of padding on the top and it caves in a bit. Their is still a slight chemical smell inside the carrier without the pads. I washed them on the gentle cycle in cold water and let them air dry outside and it helped. It is very big for my /chihuahua/ Pomeranian but to me it’s better to be big. So Im happy about that. It looks really nice. I haven’t seen anything out there like it so it’s a keeper! Beware it’s not foolproof my puppy could get his head out between where the zipper is and where the little latch closes! On the other style i ordered that one is a joke! It’s all mesh in the sides without a cover and the top doesn’t zip closed it snaps! Dangerous my little dog got out on a busy street because I wasn’t aware the snaps were a worthless joke! He just pushed up with his little head. He only weighs 5lbs.
