Looked for a "natural" formed multi-vitamin-- essentially--organ meats. But I hate liver. This did the job. I was shocked by the spike in energy. It could be I had a deficiency, or something ... else. Because I do not "feel" my multivitamins if I take them. But I felt this. Eventually, after a few weeks, my energy response settled down and I felt normal taking them. Crazy, right? As a Doc, it's given me food for thought. No pun intended. No obvious taste. I'd rate them very effective. Side Effects were positive!

Smells like liver, as to be expected. But healthy good product.

I've been taking beef liver capsules for well over a year now. I started taking these particular ones after I moved to the States and they're on par with the ones I was taking back home in NZ. I love that they source some of their beef from NZ, that's definitely a plus for me. Now, why do I take these and why do I struggle without them... First of all, I don't know exactly what's up with my body lately but after having my second child and going through some lifestyle changes, my energy levels have significantly plummeted and I started experiencing mood swings like never before, especially during that time of the month. I knew I needed some kind of supplement to support my energy levels because I just couldn't handle it anymore not being able to keep up with my baby and getting grumpy and snappy every other day due to that tiredness and my hormones being out of whack. I'm not a doctor or expert in any health field but after taking beef liver capsules my energy levels felt manageable for once and I wasn't having extreme mood swings anymore. Now don't get me wrong, this isn't a miracle supplement. I still get tired sometimes, I still deal with hormones BUT it's more manageable now. I notice the difference on days I forget to, or think I can go without these. If you have low energy like me and a good diet isn't cutting it, you need these. You take 6 capsules a day and that seems like a lot for some people. Yes the capsules are on the larger side too but I take them and I've forced myself to take them almost every morning because I know that these help me feel normal and the healthiest that I can possibly feel. If they don't work for you then I'm sorry, keep searching but I can testify that these capsules work well for me - a 31 year old mother of 2 (and a 3rd on the way).

Ok I wasn’t so sure about this. They smell nasty, but I know I’m lacking in some supplement areas that this product is said to be able to help with so I tried it. My first bottle is almost gone and I just noticed today, “hey, my knees aren’t sore anymore when I sit meditation style anymore”. That was always so annoying because my knees started being sore after losing 80+ lbs (what the heck lol). Just that alone is a big bonus so I just ordered my second bottle.

Halfway through my bottle, and I feel like they are beneficial! My energy levels are higher when I do remember to take them! And actually my face ache has improved also! It does have the liver smell, and I’m not a fan but most of them do anyways. It’s just worse while being pregnant. I break up and do 3 in the am breakfast then 3 more at lunch and it works out great for me that way! Good brand for the cost!

Parece ser que si son de producto orgánico ya que el sabor y olor de la capsula es a pasto tal como sabe la carne de animales alimentados con pastura y no con químicos inyectados para acelerar su crecimiento
