I looked at other tubs but this brand seemed to have the best reviews, was reusable, and decent in price. They fit about 1.5 quarts and I have a little extra in the machine that I either eat or just put in a small Tupperware dish. I know you can go directly on the Cuisinart website if you need any part numbers for a specific model. I did see extra bowls for the machine on their site and on amazon.
