Dispenser needs overhaul! Tired of having to replace product mid use!
Love it but as before, the dispensing technology does not work. According to directions, this should last a year. It does not even last through the first cycle. Either it’s the pump not working or the bottle is empty. Sadly, a nice product but not worth the trouble.

Could follow the steps, because the first container pump broke after only a week.
I am impressed with the product itself, and had good results with the neck treatment in the past. But this is very frustrating to spend so much and not get the 1st step right, because the product won't come out of the container. I broke it open, but it was leaked out and not really there. Only 1 week worth, when it was supposed to provide much more. I had saved the whole thing for months so I could not make a return or exchange. Wish I could reach the company to tell them they need better pumps.

I used this product diligently and I did find that each phase did last 15 days but that was using one pump and I always had a lot more of the gel left. Using more than one pump I'm very doubtful it would last beyond a week or 10 ten days. I'm a little cautious with any retinoid as I can react to it but with this one there was no reaction whatsoever. At the end of the final phase I can't honestly say I saw a huge difference but I did see a slight difference in the lines around my mouth which being in my 50s are a tad more than fine lines. I think if you have finer lines you'd see a bigger improvement. It's an ok product but at that price point my expectations were a lot higher and sadly not met.

Working good so far!
Unlike other reviewers my Phase one lasted 3 1/2 weeks!. I just finished it and can tell a small difference in my skin, but definitely enough that I am excited to move onto the next phases. My skin is definitely smoother and the texture looks great. For any ones reference I am 44 years old. Fair complected and have plenty of fine lines so hope to report more after phase 1 and 2.
