I keep lunch meat, bread, water, soda, and condiments in the larger fridge side and use the smaller freezer side for stuff I want to microwave while at work. I plugged it in to my cigarette lighter in the back of my company truck, set the temps I wanted then added my stuff. After 7 days on the road the unit worked flawlessly. It maintains temperatures pretty constantly. It is nice to get bread out to make a sandwich and it is not soggy or stale! Definitely worth the money! The freezer compartment is very small but I did turn the temp up to 35* later in the week to keep some extra water in for drinks and it adjusted nicely. The unit is very quiet, I hardly ever notice if it is on or not, usually have to look at display to see. This is a two thumbs up purchase!
