About 1.5" tall, 2 inch outside diameter on bottom, 5/8" top inside diameter Don't know about quality. Wasn't the right size for my custom application.

Don’t buy this item
Boot was correct and fit great! But the quality isn’t there. Hasn’t been on there for 200 miles and it already busted again. I’ll buy oe from now on.
