Best Patch out there for sticking and not hurting the skin.
These are by far the best Lidocaine Patches I've used. They stick without breaking down skin. I've been using them after my total knee replacement so I don't have to take narcotic pain medicines anymore. On the sides of my knee they stay on pretty well in an area that moves a lot. While more expensive than many other patches, they are well worth the pain relief!

Good otc patch
Not as good as prescription lidocaine pads, but the best otc on the market. Stays put, flexible. Rather strong odor, but not unpleasant. Could be larger. Low count so have to purchase multiple boxes, it’s not like a muscle ache resolves quickly especially back or joint.

Some of the best lidocaine patches out there
If you are a very active person or work a physical job where you need to be moving around a lot with a patch on, these stick on well and stay on. They don’t budge or peel off easily at all. I’ve tried the Amazon ones, salonpas, and aspercreme. These are more expensive but tend to last the full amount of time I expect to be wearing a patch vs having to rip one off prematurely due to it peeling off and even potentially sticking to clothing. Worth the extra cost in my opinion. They work great and aren’t messy or too weak of an adhesive.

Very disappointed that Biofreeze has its name on such a subpar product.
I've used 1000s of these patches and because of the Biofreeze name, thought these would be better for active days and more flexibility. HA! Wispy Thin and didn't feel any relief, and it scrunched up while wearing it; had to unpeel and wore it despite not being flat and not sticking well. Used medical tape to keep it on--determined to wear it! I will try again but was floored that the first go around was unimpressive. 15 more to use up. At least I caught them on a Prime Days sale! The patches with this site's name stick and stretch better. They are similar sized. These Biofreeze are Not XL like the Aspercream XL patch (3/box), which are also more flexible, larger and have more adhesion (and medication). I just put on a second one. It's another dud. SIGH. 14 to go. Guess I'll need another roll of medical tape to keep on. I wonder if I can roll some lidocaine cream under it before it goes on so there's some relief?

Worth trying for mild and temporary pain relief.
They are not a magic bullet, and they are rather expensive. A big negative me is that they advise to not take other pain meds like Advil or Tylenol when using a patch, nor can you use heat. In my experience, with a painful injury that is fairly localized to a small area, they can help take the edge off, but only for a short time, and definitely NOT the 8 hours they claim. But everyone experiences pain and pain relief differently, and I believe it’s worth trying.

The best lidocaine patch out there
This is a wonderful product and it stays on unlike salonpas. This doesn't roll up and it stays put for hours until you take it off. I love it! Well done biofreeze.
