Polska Kielbasa Smoked Sausage, 14 Oz.

I bought this specifically to make Brazilian feijoada, and it worked really well. The flavor is smoky and savory without being overpowering, and it blends perfectly into the dish. One thing I really liked is that it doesn’t deform or fall apart, even after cooking in the pressure cooker. The slices stayed intact and had a great texture, which is important for feijoada. Honestly, it’s just very delicious and reliable. I’ll definitely keep this one in mind whenever I’m making feijoada or any stew that needs a good smoked sausage. Great price compared to local shops!

I get this with the peppers and onions ( frozen) or just the peppers. Slice them in chunks . Saute your peppers.. throw in your sliced meat and stir it up( Olive oil is what I use).. best meal one pan!

Surprisingly not bad at all! A decent, high-quality packaged smoked Polish sausage. Not quite like the Polish butcher's sausage, but still very good!
