It’s pathetic product. Only used it thrice now it’s not working. The motor stops while kneading the dough. Not even filling flour in the bowl to its capacity. Would have given a zero if it existed here. No option for replacement even it is eligible from Amazon and within replacement period

Knob broke in 2 days and no service center available to change. Overall product is useful but service and spares is questionable

I've been using this for a few weeks now. It kneads up to 7-8 cups of flour in one go. Enough forna family of 4 for 1.5 days. I've also kneaded pizza dough, methi paratha dough, and ragi dough as well. Dough comes out very smooth. Make sure to adjust the amount of water according to the flour and the tightness you need. If I'm kneading 6 cups flour, I pour 2 cups water at the beginning and then start pouring the 3rd and 4th cup slowly. If I want a tight dough, I stop pouring right when the whole dough comes together. This has taken away the stress of dough making every day and is easy for elders and those who are partially disabled to use. It has good value for money provided it keeps working for years to come. I suspect that even then, the motor would be easy to repair. The stainless bowl is very sturdy unlike plastic in other appliances. I make sure to not run the appliance continuously for more than 4-5 minutes. Go ahead and buy it, you will not regret it.
