I bought this power bank following a Which? Magazine recommendation. The digital display is clear and better than led remaining charge indicators on other power banks. Recharging my phone is fairly quick using the supplied cable. The led light operated by a double press of the power button is a useful feature. This is a compact, lightweight unit, and great value for money.

Brilliant bit of Kit. I have had great results from INIU cables before. This battery pack has held its 100% charge for over three weeks, prior to this I tested it on my smart phone, ear buds and my lap top all charged as expected and the charger changed the power required automatically when connected to the different devices. The unit is slightly smaller than my smart phone and feels about the same weight. The display is simple and clear and the device has a pretty powerful LED torch function. At the moment just three weeks in and very little need to use it I would highly recommend this product. One tip is to buy a decent charger, I tried charging with a low power charger and the unit didn't like it. I then purchased a Ugreen Dual USB-C 45w charger and the unit charged exactly how it should. TBH I didn't need a 45w charger I just wanted to be able to fast charge two devices at the same time.

Bought Jan 2024. Performed extremely well with fast charging, lightweight, portable. It is now losing its power so am having to replace. I will contact Inui to ask if covered by warranty.

My predecessor, an Anker 10,000 mAh in the same shape, failed after a few years (the LiPo cell self-discharging), so I thought to buy another, but there are precious few in this brilliant slim pocketable form factor - and so I happed across the INUI. A step up in features, 18W in and out. Simultaneous power to two (or maybe three?) devices. Input OR output by USB-C. An apparently really decent digital State-of-Charge indicator. Pass through charging for when you're in a tight spot with respect to leads and outlets. A built in LED torch. Great stuff, a pleasure to own. As for energy, 10500mAh (38.8Wh) is in single-cell-voltage terms, 3.7V, just like the cell in your mobile phone, so the mAh are directly comparable. What matters most is the 38.8Wh, the energy, and efficiency This thing doesn't waste much energy in heat. Have a 3100mAh 11.47 Wh phone? Expect three big charges or lots of top ups. Be mindful if using on of those digital USB meters, you must remember that these power banks can step up the voltage to reduce the current, outputting up to 12V in PD/QC modes. At 5/9/12V modes the currents in the cable are only 74 / 41 / 31% of the currents in the cell itself. Folk misunderstanding this might think the power bank is well below spec, but IMO it is spot on delivering the rated energy at the rated speeds too. It's just that you really need to think in terms only of 3.7V equivalent mAh, or Wh. EDIT: My first unit failed within a couple of months and after only a handful of uses. Would go through the motions of charging, but output nothing at all, wouldn't even light its own torch LED. Any time I tried charging it it was always the same, started again from 0%, gradually increasing, but no output and the next day it's the same, not even a display unless I try to charge again from zero. So now have to find out how to claim on warranty, not even registered yet as hadn't written a review. EDIT #2: Credit to the company, though it took a few days to get a response, a replacement was promptly sent free of charge (after I'd already bought myself another unit from another supplier and brand). The INIU replacement appeared new and pretty much identical, though the LED readout seemed a little dimmer than I remembered. After a couple of cycles I did some capacity tests on the new INIU and my other new AUKEY power bank. The results were almost identical in terms of energy delivered (at 10 W rate) or energy accepted to recharge (at 17 or 12 W fast recharge rates *). That disappointed me because the INIU has a 5% higher claimed capacity. According to my observations there was about twice as much heat dissipation charging as discharging, in for both units. Based on that we can interpolate the likely cell capacities as 9,916mAh INIU and 10,016mAh AUKEY. So, pretty much 10,000mAh in both cases. The claimed extra 500mAh of the INIU seems to be specmanship or exaggeration. It's only 5% but it irks. * The other interesting comparison was charge rates. Using the same 18W QC3 charger, lead and meter, the INIU charged at 17W from 12V, whereas the AUKEY unit only charged at 12W from 9V. From the specs you'd expect both to charge at 18W, with the INIU capable of 20W from a charger that could deliver it. Both units seem to have over-stated their charging rates, but the INIU was significantly the faster of the two and closer to expected charge rate. Conclusion? The INUI unit still has great form factor and functions, and is the unit I prefer to carry with me out and about. I've only used it heavily for about a couple of weeks, so it remains to be seen if it lasts well or fails early like the first sample. I hope it soldiers on.

Bought one in 2024 still going strong just got a second one for a two week camping trip ,great power bank charges my S23 about two times ,its the right price and works well ,percentage on the display is useful

Fantastic power bank, portability, lightweight, battery indicator. Haven't charged it yet as I'm waiting for it to run out of battery as it came with 51% battery. Fast charging with your own cable as the one that came with it I believe you use that to charge the power bank on its own. I like that it comes with 3 free years warranty so if it needs to be replaced, you'll get a new one.

Brilliant power bank. Usually charges my phone two times to 100% and a third to maybe 20%. Fast charging too which is amazing. Doesn’t take that long to fully charge maybe an hour or so but it’s absolutely amazing. Taken it on nights out, days out and holidays too. Would highly recommend

Handig, compact en voldoende power. Ik kocht deze om mijn hoortoestellen onderweg op te kunnen laden, bijvoorbeeld op de camping. Dat kan op 1 lading van de powerbank ten minste 80x! Ook mijn smartwatch kan hiermee worden opgeladen. Powerbanks zonder low-power-consumption ondersteuning kunnen dat niet.
