I’ve been taking this for over a year. I like the dosage of calcium in one pill.

This Calcium pill is very nice. I have a hard time swallowing larger pills due to previous neck surgery. This pill is not small, but not as large as some calcium pills. I bought some before that were too large for me to take. I have had to have treatments for bone loss, so I need to take a higher milligram of Calcium. I can take these so thank you.

My Endocrinologist directed me to take Calcium daily, not just get the mineral from food. I went through several bottles of Calcium supplements trying to find one I could swallow at the dose my doctor prescribed. I FINALLY found this brand & read reviews. Several people mentioned in their review the tablets are easy to swallow. Thank you!

My nails are stronger and longer than ever after taking these calcium tablets daily. My hair is less brittle too. Better than any hair, skin, nails combo I've tried. They are kind of large but that doesn't bother me. They can be cut in half also. No aftertaste or smell. I'll be buying these again.

I have ordered this calcium 4 times. I like the product and the size of the pill is easy to swallow. The label on the most recent bottle that I received shows that manufacturer has reduced the amount of Zinc from 10 mg to 4 mg. However, the label pictured on the Amazon listing continues to show the old label listing the 10 mg amount (rather than the accurate 4 mg). I did previously notify the seller of the discrepancy. Not a big deal to me and I will continue to order this product --- just wanted to alert others in case the Zinc amount is important to them.

Does the job well. Vit. D3 20 mcg = 800 IU, however, not 400 IU, as stated on the label and around the product description.

My doctor prescribed a Calcium and Vitamin D supplement along with exercise and “low glycemic index” diet to help keep my osteopenia tendency at bay. These Ultra Calcium Citrate +Vitamin D, Zinc & Magnesium tablets are just what the doctor ordered. First, they contain 1000 mg of Calcium Citrate (not Carbonate, which is poorly absorbed). Second, they contain 400 IU of Vitamin D. I need 800 IU, but this gets me half-way to my goal without risking increased exposure to the sun's rays for Vitamin D. Third, the Zinc Sulfate contained in these capsules helps with Calcium absorption. Fourth, Magnesium in these tablets aids in the proper utilization of vitamin D and calcium. Fifth, I love the color; so much more appetizing than plain old alabaster white (probably carcenogenic?!?) I just noticed on the Nutritional Information on the label that they contain 27g of Carbohydrates! I hope that's for the whole bottle! I'm on a ketogenic diet that only allows a total of 20g of Carbs, per day! Please tell me this is NOT per tablet, or all of the "PRO's" will be useless for me because of this "CON."

Been taking for a while now. I appreciated the fact they were not as large as some other forms. Today I receive a new bottle and the bottle was noticeably larger. Why...cuz the tablets are larger. I see the Vit D was D2 before and now is D3... which I believe is a better form. Is this why the tablets are larger. You can stop there on making em bigger, ya all! I do notice the larger tablet is scored to help to break in half if needed. I may have given 4 stars, cuz not a fan of the larger tablet...but if that made it a better product...how can I complain.?

Excellent!! It is what I was looking for. But it is big a bit so I cut it in a half and taking half in the morning and half at night, because our body can absorb 500 to 600 in one go not 1000. So yes I will buy it again.

una verdadera porquería. no se con qué químicos el recubrimiento de color azul metálico está hecho pero tragarme esto ni hablar. ahora mismo pido reembolso y denuncio esta porquería. Tuve que limpiarme las manos con LEJÍA para quitarme ese color.

Excellent product. I don't have much to say but in Calcium. Calcium citrate is best for that gets absorbed quickly in blood stream and along with magnesium it's great suppliment. My mother has tried many brands. Absolutely loved this. You can feel the difference within days.
